Love Jones – Excellent flick. Larenz Tate and Nia Long give a couple of great performances here.
Million Dollar Baby- I’m not a fan of Hilary Swank – not sure what it is. It took a lot for me to put that aside and enjoy this one.

Super Monsters: Once Upon a Rhyme – Netflix Family
Swordfish – There’s just something about this one. It’s intense to the point that it is funny, but all-in-all, a good time.
The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog: Season 1 – My son hasn’t said a word about this one. I bet he has no clue. Maybe I will start watching and call him to get me something to drink – I feel like that would get a good reaction.
The Best Man
The Big Lebowski – This is a damn classic. Shame on you if you’ve never seen it and shame on you if you don’t revisit.

Carnaval – Netflix Film – I know nothing about this flick – in fact, I just found out it was a movie 4 seconds ago. I will, however, let you know that Monica Castillo, from RogerEbert.com says “Carnaval is like Girls Trip by way of Brazil, but the acting and many of the comedy’s punchlines are fairly over-exaggerated.” So, there you have it!
Kim’s Convenience: Season 5 – I just heard about this one for the first time today and I think I will give it a shot one of these days. Today is not the day…I need to recharge my batteries after the Knicks got eliminated from the playoffs.
