Hey all – Steve here. It’s HBO Max time – let’s get through this list and I will tell you what to watch and what to stay away from and then you will do what you please. Then I will say I told ya so. Ok, for real…let’s get to it!

June 1:

A Shot In The Dark, 1964 (HBO)

The American President, 1995 – Michael Douglas as President Andrew Shepherd is pretty damn cool. I also do love Rob Reiner (Meathead). I haven’t seen this in such a long time that I’m not even sure it holds up. We shall find out.

The Aviator, 2004 (HBO)

El Remedio (Aka The Prescription), 2019 (HBO)

Extract, 2009 (HBO)

Eyes Wide Shut, 1999 – Not a fan of Nicole Kidman or Cruise, but for some reason this one worked for me.

Fast Company, 1979 (HBO)

Feast Of Love, 2007 (HBO)

The Green Mile, 1999 – Classic – I shouldn’t have to tell you to check this one out. It’s long…but such a great flick.

The Grifters, 1990 (HBO)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, 2001 – Holy Potter…

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, 2002 – I know so many people are obsessed with these…

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, 2004 – But this is the last one I watched…

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, 2005 – Marathon time?

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, 2007 – Or waste of time?

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, 2009 – I guess only time will tell…

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, 2010 – But I’m sure that something wicked…

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, 2011 – This way comes…

The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, 2005 (HBO)

Humboldt County, 2008 (HBO)

Iris, 2001 (HBO)

It Takes Two, 1995 (HBO)

Jerry Maguire, 1996 – Oh, so you think you’re just going to get me to keep saying nice things about Cruise flicks? FIne…

Just Married, 2003 (HBO) – Harmless, but crappy movie. If you’ve got some spare time, there are worse flicks out there. RIP Brittany Murphy.

Sherlock Holmes, 2009

Son Of The Pink Panther, 1993 (HBO)

Stoker, 2013 (HBO)

Take Me Home Tonight, 2011 (HBO)

This Is 40, 2012 (Extended Version) (HBO) – This was a major let-down for me. Apatow, Rudd, Mann, Lithgow? Could have been great. I blame it on Megan Fox.

Three Days Of The Condor, 1975 (HBO)

Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride, 2005 – Timmy nails it again with this one.
