SpongeBob decides he’s finally ready to be a “big guy,” so he chases the Flying Dutchman — a ghost pirate who probably blends right in with half the street art — into the deepest parts of the ocean. Bikini Bottom goes full chaos mode as SpongeBob sails into danger, desperately trying to impress Mr. Krabs, who is basically every Portland landlord but with better morals. With Tom Kenny, Ice Spice, George Lopez, and Mark Hamill in the mix, this might be the most Portland-appropriate fever dream of 2025. Advance screening hits 12/13 at 11am — while supplies last.
