Farace here. Seattle, you’re getting I SWEAR — which sounds like something you’d apologize for immediately after saying it, followed by a 10-minute explanation of why you didn’t mean it that way. But this one actually hits. It’s the real-life story of John Davidson, diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at 14, navigating life, judgment, and misunderstanding while just trying to live a “normal” life — which, let’s be honest, is something Seattle already overthinks on a daily basis. Set in 1980s Britain, it’s emotional, funny, and brutally honest about a condition most people still don’t understand. It’s about resilience, identity, and not letting the world define you… which is a nice change from Seattle defining itself by coffee orders and passive-aggressive politeness. We’ve got advance screening passes for 4/8 at 7pm while supplies last, so grab yours before someone turns this into a deep discussion group instead of just watching the movie.
