Will is still trying to keep his family’s struggling auto-repair business alive while Shane continues doing what Shane does best: creating problems, avoiding maturity, and making every workday significantly worse for everyone around him. Season 3 finds both of them facing bigger responsibilities—even if neither looks remotely qualified for them.
