Hey, it’s Farace… and Portland is getting another shot at One Night Only.
Recently dumped Owen and hopeful romantic Allie meet on the one night of the year when sex is legal—but somehow they may be the only two people in New York looking for more than a quick encounter. A genuine spark turns into missed connections, side quests, bad timing, and one chaotic race across the city to find each other again.
Now let’s talk Portland.
The Trail Blazers finally finished above .500, made the playoffs, and got bounced in five games. That’s progress in Portland: the disappointment now comes with postseason branding.
You’ll stand in line for an hour to buy coffee from a guy with a mustache who describes it as “emotionally complex,” then spend another twenty minutes explaining why the food cart is better than an actual restaurant.
And Portland doesn’t have bad weather. Apparently it has “layers,” “mist,” and “a vibe.” No. It’s rain wearing a beanie.
