This next chapter in the 28 universe isn’t about the infected anymore — it’s about how people turn on each other when things fall apart, which honestly tracks in both cities for very different reasons. Cold, brutal, and uncomfortable in all the right ways, this one doesn’t care about excuses or moral victories. Miami, enjoy the moment. Tampa… at least the movie’s good.
