What’s going on, everyone? Steve here. Welcome to Week 13 in the NFL! Last week, I managed to hold my own with a 10-3 record, tying with Tim, Ed, and Bruce for the top spot. Dave wasn’t far behind at 9-4, and Anthony… well, let’s just say his 7-6 record is the reason our group average dipped a bit. Overall, we finished 56-22 for a 71.79% success rate. Not bad, but let’s see if we can tighten things up this week as the season heats up.
As we head into Week 13, I’m still clinging to first place at 122-57, but Ed is right there, just two games back. Tim’s keeping himself in the mix, five games behind me, while Anthony is hanging onto fourth by the skin of his teeth with Dave and Bruce breathing down his neck. Both are only three games back, tied at 112-67. With just a few weeks left in the regular season, it’s all about consistency—and a little luck.
Week 13 is already off to a wild start. The Lions handled the Bears, the Cowboys took care of the Giants, the Packers beat the Dolphins, and the Chiefs won on Black Friday. With four games already in the books, the rest of the week should be fun. For the locks this week, I’m sticking with the Lions (naturally), Tim’s rolling with the Texans, Anthony’s banking on the Bills, and Melo’s throwing his weight behind the Commanders. Will our picks hold, or are we in for some surprises? Let’s see how it all plays out!
