Welcome back, folks! It’s Week 3 of the NFL season, and our fearless panel of pickers has been hard at work… or at least trying their best. Week 2 gave us some surprising results. Dave took the crown with a solid 10-6 record, while Bruce and Arick held their ground at 9-7. Then we have Tim, Anthony, and Ed all sporting matching 7-9 records—solidly average. Farace, though, might want to consider switching his strategy after a 6-10 week. The good news? There’s plenty of season left!
Now, let’s take a quick look at the standings for the season thus far. Dave, Ed, and Bruce are leading the charge, each at 19-13. Farace and Anthony are right behind them at 18-14, showing some consistency. Tim is treading water at 16-16, while Arick is trying his best to catch up at 15-17. As a group, we’re sitting at 124-100 overall, so we’re doing better than the first week, but still, some of us cough Farace cough need to step it up.
As for Week 3, the Jets have already handed the Patriots a loss, so let’s take a look at the rest of the picks! We’ve got a few unanimous decisions—everyone’s on board with the Bengals and 49ers this week. Dave, Tim, and Farace are all in on the Bears, while Anthony plays it safe with the Chargers. Meanwhile, Arick is out here rolling the dice with the Broncos. Oh, and don’t miss the locks of the week—those green squares mean we’re totally confident… or just trying not to embarrass ourselves again. Let’s see how it all plays out!
